Waiver of Rights to Object. All Members acknowledge that the methods provided for in this Article XV and Schedule 1.1 for determining the Fair Market Value Price or other price of an Interest to be purchased hereunder are fair as to dates used, notices, terms and in all other respects, and are administratively and in substance superior to other methods. Each Member waives any right that he, she or it may have to use any other method to determine the value of any interest in the Company in connection with the application of this Article XV.
