Waiver of Severance Benefits and Payments. Employee agrees that in exchange for the consideration specified in Section 1(c) of this Agreement, subject to the consummation of the Tender Offer, he shall no longer be entitled to receive any retention or severance benefits or payments pursuant to Section 8 of the Change of Control Agreement, pursuant to Section 7 of the Employment Agreement or pursuant to any other plans, policies or arrangements of Wall Data, whether written or oral, formal or informal.
