Common use of Waiver of Special Assessments Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Special Assessments. Upon the request of the Land Bank and for the purposes of fostering the goals and objectives of the Land Bank, any Party, at its option and in its discretion, may extinguish special assessments levied by the Party prior to the date of acquisition by the Land Bank against Real Property owned by the Land Bank, or may exempt Real Property owned by the Land Bank from the imposition of special assessments.
