Common use of Waiver of Standstill To the extent Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Standstill To the extent. applicable to any Purchaser, such Purchaser hereby provides a one-time waiver of any rights it may be entitled to pursuant to Section 4.12(a) of that certain Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of December 22, 2020 by and among the Company and such Purchaser solely with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Waiver of Standstill To the extent. applicable to any Purchaser, such Purchaser hereby provides a one-time waiver of any rights it may be entitled to pursuant to Section 4.12(a) of that certain Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of December 22, 2020 2020and that Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of January 7, 2021 each by and among the Company and such Purchaser solely with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Waiver of Standstill To the extent. applicable to any Purchaser, such Purchaser hereby provides a one-time waiver of any rights it may be entitled to pursuant to Section 4.12(a) of that certain Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of December 22January 7, 2020 2021, that certain Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of February 11, 2021,and that certain Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of February 18, 2021, each by and among the Company and such Purchaser solely with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Waiver of Standstill To the extent. applicable to any Purchaser, such Purchaser hereby provides a one-time waiver of any rights it may be entitled to pursuant to Section 4.12(a4.11(a) of that certain Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of December 22June 26, 2020 2023 each by and among the Company and such Purchaser solely with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
