Waiver of Statutory Claims. The Buyer hereby waives and releases the Seller from any and all Losses, known or unknown, it may have under CERCLA (as defined in Article 17) or any other statutes relating to environmental matters now or hereafter in effect or any other statute if the assertion of a right under such statute would circumvent the intended effect of Section 13.4.
