The Issuer (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law, and covenants that it will shall not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Indenture Trustee, but will shall suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

Waiver of Stay or Extension Laws. The Issuing Entity Issuer covenants (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) that it will not at any time insist upon, or plead plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, that may adversely affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and the Issuing Entity . The Issuer (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law, and covenants that it will not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Indenture Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

The Issuing Entity Each Obligor covenants (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) that it will not at any time insist upon, or plead plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, that which may affect the covenants or covenants, the performance of or any remedies under this Indenture; and the Issuing Entity each Obligor (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives waive all benefit or advantage of any such law, and covenants that it will not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Indenture Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

The Issuing Entity -------------------------------- Unaffiliated Seller covenants (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) that it will not at any time insist upon, or plead plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, that which may affect the covenants or the performance of this IndentureAgreement; and the Issuing Entity Unaffiliated Seller (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law, law and covenants that it will not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Indenture Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

The Issuing Entity Owner Trustee covenants (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) that it will not at any time insist upon, or plead or in any manner whatsoever whatsoever, claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, that may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and the Issuing Entity Owner Trustee (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law, and covenants that it will not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Indenture Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

Waiver of Stay or Extension Laws. The Issuing Entity covenants Co-Issuers covenant (to the extent that it each may lawfully do so) that it will not at any time insist upon, or plead plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, that may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenturethe Indenture or any other Transaction Document; and the Issuing Entity Co-Issuers (to the extent that it each may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage advantages of any such law, and covenants that it will not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Indenture Trustee, the Control Party or the Controlling Class Representative, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

The Issuing Entity Owner Trustee on behalf of the Issuer covenants (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) that it will not at any time insist upon, or plead plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or to take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, that which may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and the Issuing Entity Owner Trustee on behalf of the Issuer (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law, law and covenants that it will not hinder, delay or impede the execution exercise of any power herein granted to the Indenture Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution exercise of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.
