Waiver of Stay or Extension Laws. The Issuing Entity Each Obligor covenants (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) that it will shall not at any time insist upon, or plead or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, that may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture, any Series Supplement or any Transaction Document; and the Issuing Entity each Obligor (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law, and covenants that it will shall not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted in this Indenture to the Indenture Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

Waiver of Stay or Extension Laws. The Issuing Entity covenants Operating Partnership and the Co-Obligors covenant that (to the extent that it they may lawfully do so) that it they will not at any time insist upon, or plead plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, that which may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and the Issuing Entity Operating Partnership and the Co-Obligors each expressly waive (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law, law and covenants that it will not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Indenture Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

The Issuing Entity Each of the Funding Corporation and the Partnership covenants (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) that it will not at any time insist upon, or plead or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, that which may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and each of the Issuing Entity Funding Corporation and the Partnership (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law, law and covenants that it will not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Indenture Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

The Issuing Entity In connection with any Issue of Debt Securities, the Company covenants (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) that it will not at any time insist upon, or plead plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, that which may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenturethe Trust Agreement; and the Issuing Entity Company (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law, and covenants that it will not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Indenture Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.
