Waiver of Stay or Extension Laws. The Issuer and each Guarantor covenant (to the extent that they may lawfully do so) that they shall not at any time insist upon, or plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, which may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and the Issuer and each Guarantor (to the extent that they may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waive all benefit or advantage of any such law and covenant that they shall not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Trustee, but shall suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

The Parent, the Issuer and each Guarantor covenant the Restricted Subsidiaries (to the extent that they it may lawfully do so) that they shall not at any time insist upon, or plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, which that may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and the Parent and the Issuer and each Guarantor (to the extent that they it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waive waives all benefit or advantage of any such law law, and covenant that they shall not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Trustee, but shall suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

Waiver of Stay or Extension Laws. The Issuer and each Neither the Issuers nor any Guarantor covenant (to the extent that they it may lawfully do so) that they shall not at any time insist upon, or plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, which may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and the each Issuer and each Guarantor (to the extent that they it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waive all benefit or advantage of any such law law, and covenant that they shall not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Trustee, but shall suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

Waiver of Stay or Extension Laws. The Issuer and each Neither the Issuers nor any Note Guarantor covenant (to the extent that they it may lawfully do so) that they shall not at any time insist upon, or plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, which may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and the each Issuer and each Note Guarantor (to the extent that they it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waive waives all benefit or advantage of any such law law, and covenant that they shall not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Trustee, but shall suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

The Issuer and each Each Guarantor covenant covenants (to the extent that they it may lawfully do so) that they it shall not at any time insist upon, or plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, which that may affect the covenants or the performance of this IndentureAgreement or any other Transaction Document; and the Issuer and each Guarantor (to the extent that they it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waive waives all benefit or advantage advantages of any such law law, and covenant covenants that they it shall not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Trustee, the Control Party or the Controlling Class Representative by relying on any such law, but shall suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.

The Issuer and each Guarantor Issuers covenant (to the extent that they it may lawfully do so) that they it shall not at any time insist upon, or plead, plead or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, which that may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture, any Indenture Supplement or any Transaction Document; and the Issuer and each Guarantor Issuers (to the extent that they it may lawfully do so) hereby expressly waive all benefit or advantage of any such law law, and covenant that they shall not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted in this Indenture to the Indenture Trustee, but shall will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.
