Common use of Waiver of Stays, etc Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Stays, etc. To the full extent that the Borrower may lawfully so agree, the Borrower agrees that it will not at any time plead, claim or take the benefit of any appraisement, valuation, stay, extension, moratorium or redemption law now or hereafter in force to prevent or delay the enforcement of this Agreement in accordance with its terms or the absolute sale of any portion of or all of the Collateral in accordance with this Agreement or the possession thereof by any purchaser at any sale under and in compliance with this Agreement, and the Borrower, for itself and all who may claim under the Borrower, as far as the Borrower now or hereafter lawfully may do so, hereby waives the benefit of all such law.
