Waiver of Stays, etc. To the full extent that the Issuer may lawfully so agree, the Issuer agrees that it will not at any time plead, claim or take the benefit of any appraisement, valuation, stay, extension, moratorium or redemption law now or hereafter in force to prevent or delay the enforcement of this Security Agreement in accordance with its terms or the absolute sale of any portion of or all of the Collateral in accordance with this Security Agreement or the possession thereof by any purchaser at any sale under and in compliance with this Security Agreement, and the Issuer, for itself and all who may claim under the Issuer, as far as the Issuer now or hereafter lawfully may do so, hereby waives the benefit of all such laws.
