Common use of Waiver of Suretyship Defenses Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Suretyship Defenses. Grantor hereby waives any and all defenses and rights of discharge based on suretyship or impairment of collateral (including any lack of attachment or perfection with respect thereto) that it may now have or may hereafter acquire with respect to Administrative Agent or any Lender or any of Grantor's obligations hereunder or under any other agreement that it may have or hereafter enter into with Administrative Agent or any Lender.
