Common use of Waiver of Tax Escrow Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Tax Escrow. Borrower shall be relieved of its obligation to make deposits of Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund under Section 7.2 above, provided that (a) Mortgage Borrower is required to and does make monthly deposits to a tax escrow account under the Mortgage Loan, and (b) Lender receives evidence acceptable to it of the making of such deposits and of the payment of all such Taxes.

Waiver of Tax Escrow. Borrower shall be relieved of its obligation to make deposits of Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund under Section 7.2 above, provided that (a) Mortgage Borrower is required to and does make monthly deposits to a tax escrow account under the Mortgage Loan, Loan and (b) Lender receives evidence acceptable to it of the making of such deposits and of the payment of all such Taxes.

Waiver of Tax Escrow. Borrower shall be relieved of its obligation to make deposits of Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund Funds under Section 7.2 6.2.1 above, provided that (a) to the extent Mortgage Borrower is required to and does make monthly all required deposits to a tax escrow account under the Mortgage Loan. Within a reasonable period of time after Lender’s written request therefor, and (b) Borrower shall provide Lender receives with reasonable evidence acceptable to it of the making of that such deposits and of the payment of have been made that all such TaxesTaxes have been paid.

Borrower shall be relieved of its obligation to make deposits of Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund under Section 7.2 7.1 above, provided that (a) Mortgage Borrower is required to and does make monthly deposits to a tax escrow account under the Mortgage Loan, and (b) Lender receives evidence acceptable to it of the making of such deposits and of the payment of all such Taxes.

Borrower shall be relieved of its obligation to make deposits of Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund under Section 7.2 above, provided that (a) Mortgage Borrower is required to and does make monthly deposits to a tax escrow account the Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund (as defined under the Mortgage Loan, Loan Agreement) under the Mortgage Loan and (b) Lender receives evidence acceptable to it of the making of such deposits and of the payment of all such Taxes.

Waiver of Tax Escrow. Borrower shall be relieved of its obligation to make deposits of Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund Funds under Section 7.2 7.2.1 above, provided that (a) Mortgage Borrower is required to and does make monthly deposits to a tax escrow account under the Mortgage Loan, and (b) upon request, Lender receives evidence reasonably acceptable to it of the making of such deposits and of the payment of all such Taxes.

Waiver of Tax Escrow. Borrower shall be relieved of its obligation to make deposits of Tax and Insurance Escrow Reserve Fund under Section 7.2 above, provided that (a) Mortgage Borrower is required to and does make monthly deposits to a tax escrow account under in compliance with Section 7.2 of the Mortgage Loan, Loan Agreement and (b) Lender receives evidence acceptable to it of the making of such any required deposits and of the payment of all such TaxesTaxes and Insurance Premiums.
