Common use of Waiver of Vendor’s Lien Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Vendor’s Lien. Notwithstanding anything in this Loan Agreement to the contrary, it is the intention of the parties hereto that no vendor’s lien and/or privilege, mortgage, resolutory condition, right of rescission or stipulation for the benefit of a third party shall be created by execution of this Loan Agreement, and if any such lien, privilege, condition, or benefit should be deemed to have been created by execution of this Loan Agreement, they are expressly released, renounced, waived and abandoned by the parties hereto.
