WAIVER OR ASSUMPTION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF COMPANY EXPENSES BY THE ADMINISTRATOR. The waiver or assumption and reimbursement by the Administrator of any expense of the Company that the Administrator is not required by this Agreement to waive, or assume or reimburse, shall not obligate the Administrator to waive, assume, or reimburse the same or any similar expense of the Company on any subsequent occasion, unless so required pursuant to a separate agreement between the Company and the Administrator.
