WAIVER OR ASSUMPTION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF TRUST EXPENSES BY THE INVESTMENT MANAGER. The waiver or assumption and reimbursement by the Investment Manager of any expense of the Trust that the Investment Manager is not required by this Agreement to waive, or assume or reimburse, shall not obligate the Investment Manager to waive, assume, or reimburse the same or any similar expense of the Trust on any subsequent occasion, unless so required pursuant to a separate agreement between the Trust and the Investment Manager.
