Waiver or Assumption and Reimbursement of Trust Expenses by the Manager. The waiver or assumption and reimbursement by the Manager of any expense of the Trust that the Manager is not required by this Agreement to waive, or assume or reimburse, shall not obligate the Manager to waive, or assume or reimburse, the same or any similar expense of the Trust on any subsequent occasion, unless so required pursuant to a separate agreement between the Trust and the Manager.
