Common use of Waiver Under the Company Mortgage Clause in Contracts

Waiver Under the Company Mortgage. The provisions of this Article X are subject to the condition that any waiver of any "Event of Default" under the Company Mortgage and a rescission and annulment of its consequences shall constitute a waiver of the corresponding Event or Events of Default under clause (c) of Section 10.1 hereof and a rescission and annulment of the consequences thereof, but no such waiver, rescission and annulment shall extend to or affect any subsequent Event of Default or impair any right or remedy consequent thereon.
