Waivers and Amendments in Writing. Failure by Lender to exercise any right, remedy or option under this Guaranty or in any Loan Documents or delay by Lender in exercising the same shall not operate as a waiver by Lender of its right to exercise any such right, remedy or option. No waiver by Lender shall be effective unless it is in writing and then only to the extent specifically stated. This Guaranty cannot be amended, modified, changed or terminated orally.
