Common use of Waivers and Amendments in Writing Clause in Contracts

Waivers and Amendments in Writing. All waivers of the provisions of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the appropriate authorities of the Borough and the Redeveloper and all amendments hereto must be in writing and signed by the appropriate authorities of the Borough and the Redeveloper.
