Waivers and Amendments in Writing. Failure by Bank to exercise any right, remedy or option under this Guaranty, the Loan Agreement or in any other Loan Document or delay by Bank in exercising the same shall not operate as a waiver by Bank of its right to exercise any such right, remedy or option. No waiver by Bank shall be effective unless it is in writing and then only to the extent specifically stated. This Guaranty cannot be amended, modified, changed or terminated orally.
