Common use of Waivers and Amendments; Successors and Assigns Clause in Contracts

Waivers and Amendments; Successors and Assigns. None of the terms or provisions of this Pledge Agreement may be waived, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified except in accordance with the terms of the Indenture and the Collateral Agency Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, amendments, waivers and consents effected in respect of certain provisions of the First Lien Documents shall, upon their effectiveness but only to the extent provided in the Collateral Agency Agreement, apply with equal force to the comparable provisions of this Pledge Agreement and become effective with respect thereto without the consent of or any other action on the part of any Person. This Pledge Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the Pledgor and shall inure to the benefit of the Controlling Collateral Agent, the Note Collateral Agent and the holders of the Note Obligations and their respective successors and assigns.
