Common use of Waivers and Amendments; Successors and Assigns Clause in Contracts

Waivers and Amendments; Successors and Assigns. None of the terms of this Agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified except by a written instrument executed by the Pledgor and LoJack. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the Pledgor and shall inure to the benefit of LoJack and its respective successors and assigns. The Parties acknowledge and accept that the Pledgee shall be entitled to assign this Agreement to affiliate thereof or any third party, without the need of any consent from the Pledgor, and therefore any such assignment shall in on way affect the validity or enforceability of this Agreement.
