WAIVERS AND VARIATIONS. 7.1 No waiver or variation of any provision of this Agreement shall be duly made or deemed to have been duly made unless in writing and signed by all parties (or by a duly authorised officer or director on behalf of a party) to this Agreement. 7.2 The failure by any party to insist on any occasion upon the performance of any term condition or provision of this Agreement shall not thereby act as a waiver of such breach or an acceptance of any variation.
