Common use of WAIVERS BY BRILLIAN; HOLDOVER Clause in Contracts

WAIVERS BY BRILLIAN; HOLDOVER. (a) Except for any notice expressly provided for in this Sublease, Brillian waives to TFS the benefit of all laws now or hereafter in force, in this state or elsewhere, requiring notice to vacate the Sublet Premises at the end of the term or any extensions or renewals thereof. Brillian covenants and agrees to give up quiet and peaceful possession without further notice from TFS or its agent at the end of the term of this Sublease. Brillian also waives to TFS the benefit of all laws now or hereafter in force, in this state or elsewhere, exempting property from liability for rent, or for debt.
