Waivers by Lender. The acceptance by Lender at any time and from time to time of part payment on the Obligations shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any Event of Default then existing. No waiver by Lender of any Event of Default shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other then-existing or subsequent Event of Default. No delay or omission by Lender in exercising any Right under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Papers shall impair such Right or be construed as a waiver thereof or any acquiescence therein.
