Waivers; Cumulative Remedies. No failure or delay on the part of the Purchaser (or any assignee thereof) or the Seller, in exercising any power, right, privilege or remedy under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such power, right, privilege or remedy preclude any other or future exercise thereof or the exercise of any other power, right, privilege or remedy. The powers, rights, privileges and remedies herein provided are cumulative and not exhaustive of any powers, rights, privileges and remedies provided by law. Any waiver of this Agreement shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which it is given.
