Waivers; Cumulative Remedies. The waiver of any breach, term, provision or condition of this Agreement may not be construed to be a subsequent waiver of any other breach, term, provisions or condition. All remedies afforded by this Agreement for a breach hereof will be cumulative, that are, in addition to all other remedies provided for herein or at law or in equity.
