Common use of Waivers, Non-Exclusive Remedies Clause in Contracts

Waivers, Non-Exclusive Remedies. No failure on the part of the Pledgee to exercise, and no delay in exercising and no course of dealing with respect to, any right under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise by the Pledgee of any right under the Credit Agreement or this Agreement preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right. The rights in this Agreement and the Credit Agreement are cumulative and are not exclusive of any other remedies provided by law.
