Common use of Waivers, Non-Exclusive Remedies Clause in Contracts

Waivers, Non-Exclusive Remedies. No failure on the part of the Secured Party to exercise, and no delay in exercising and no course of dealing with respect to, any right under the Agreement, the Note, any instrument evidencing any portion of the Secured Party Debt or this Security Agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise by the Secured Party of any right under the Agreement, the Note, any instrument evidencing any portion of the Secured Party Debt or this Agreement preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right. The rights in this Security Agreement, the Note, and/or any document evidencing any portion of the Secured Party Debt and/or the Agreement are cumulative and are not exclusive of any other remedies provided by law.
