Common use of Waivers of Breach Clause in Contracts

Waivers of Breach. No waiver by any Party of the violation of, breach or a default under, any provision of this Agreement or any other agreements provided for herein by the other Party shall be construed as or constitute a continuing waiver of such provision or a waiver of any other violation of, breach, or a default under, any provisions of this Agreement or any other agreements.
