If the Lender, at its discretion, permits a Tranche or an Advance to be borrowed before certain of the conditions referred to in Clause 8.1 are satisfied, the Borrowers shall ensure that those conditions are satisfied within 10 Business Days after the Drawdown Date relative thereto (or such longer period as the Lender may specify).
