Waivers of conditions precedent. If the Lender, at its discretion, permits an Advance to be made before certain of the conditions referred to in Clause 9.1 are satisfied, or enters into a Transaction prior to the satisfaction of all or any of the conditions referred to in Clause 9.2, the Borrower shall ensure that those conditions are satisfied within 5 Business Days after the Drawdown Date or the date of the relevant Transaction as the case may be (or such longer period as the Lender may specify).

If the Lender, at its discretion, permits an Advance to be made borrowed or agrees to issue an Instalment Guarantee before certain of the conditions referred to in Clause 9.1 10.1 are satisfied, or enters into a Transaction prior to the satisfaction of all or any of the conditions referred to in Clause 9.2, the Borrower Borrowers shall ensure that those conditions are satisfied within 5 Business Days after the relevant Drawdown Date or the date of the relevant Transaction as the case may be (or such longer period as the Lender may specify).
