WAIVERS OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NEITHER THE PLEDGOR, THE AGENT OR ANY LENDER, NOR ANY EMPLOYEE, AGENT OR ATTORNEY OF ANY OF THEM, SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHER WRONG RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE ESTABLISHMENT, ADMINISTRATION OR COLLECTION OF THE OBLIGATIONS, EXCEPT FOR BAD FAITH.
