Waivers of Mechanics. Liens and Materialmen's Liens executed by all Sub-Contractors and workmen and materialmen for all work done and all materials furnished to the Leased Premises and included in the immediately preceding Application for Payment, or evidence reasonably required by Title to insure over the same by special specific endorsement, or such other releases or lien pursuant to bonding or otherwise to prevent such liens from attaching to the Leased Premises.
