Waivers of this Agreement. No waiver, express or implied, of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding on either Party unless consented to in writing by such Party and then only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver, unless otherwise expressly provided.
