Common use of Waivers; Rescission of Declaration Clause in Contracts

Waivers; Rescission of Declaration. Lender shall have the right, to be exercised in its complete discretion, to waive any breach hereunder (including the occurrence of an Event of Default), by a writing setting forth the terms, conditions, and extent of such waiver signed by Lender and delivered to Borrower. Unless such writing expressly provides to the contrary, any waiver so granted shall extend only to the specific event or occurrence which gave rise to the waiver and not to any other similar event or occurrence which occurs subsequent to the date of such waiver. This provision shall not be construed to permit the waiver of any condition to a Request otherwise provided for herein.
