Common use of Waivers; Rescission of Declaration Clause in Contracts

Waivers; Rescission of Declaration. The Lender shall have the right, to be exercised in its complete discretion, to waive any breach hereunder (including the occurrence of an Event of Default), by a writing setting forth the terms, conditions, and extent of such waiver signed by the Lender and delivered to the Borrower Parties. Unless such writing expressly provides to the contrary, any waiver so granted shall extend only to the specific event or occurrence which gave rise to the waiver and not to any other similar event or occurrence which occurs subsequent to the date of such waiver.
