WAIVERS, RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. 18.1 Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, either Party’s failure to exercise or delay in the exercise of any right, power or remedy under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document shall not constitute a waiver of such right, power or remedy, or preclude such Party’s subsequent exercise of such right, power or remedy. Any single or partial exercise of any such right, power or remedy shall not preclude any further exercise of such right, power or remedy.
