WAIVERS, RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. 15.1 The rights and remedies of each party under this Agreement shall not be affected, and the liabilities of each party under this Agreement shall not be released, discharged or impaired by any event or matter, other than a specific and duly authorised written waiver or release by the other parties.
