Waivers; Rights Cumulative. Each of the rights of each party under this Agreement may be exercised as often as is necessary, is cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights which that party may have under this Agreement, law or otherwise; and may be waived only in writing and specifically. Delay by a party in exercising, or the non-exercise by a party of, any such right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
