Waivers; Severability. No delay or failure of any Party hereto in exercising any right, privilege or option under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of such or of any other right, privilege, or option. If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal or invalid under any applicable law, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.
