WAIVES ITS RIGHT TO TRIAL OF ANY ISSUE BY JURY. (b) In the event of any dispute arising under this Agreement between the parties hereto (a “Dispute”), the Lead Coordinators shall meet (by telephone, video conference or in person) no later than five Business Days after receipt of notice by a party hereto of a request for resolution of such Dispute. The Lead Coordinators shall attempt to negotiate in good faith to resolve such Dispute. If the Lead Coordinators are unable to resolve any such dispute within ten Business Days following such meeting, either party hereto may seek to resolve such Dispute in accordance with Section 11.02 of the Separation Agreement.
