War or National Emergency. This Lease and all the provisions hereof shall be subject to whatever right the United States Government now has or in the future may have or acquire, affecting the control, operation, regulation and taking over of Airport or the exclusive or nonexclusive use of Airport by the United States during the time of war or national emergency.
War or National Emergency. During the time of war or national emergency, Lessor shall have the right to lease the Airport or any part thereof to the United States Government for military use, and if any such lease is executed, the provisions of this Lease insofar as they are inconsistent with the Lease to the Government shall be suspended, and in that event, a just and proportionate part of the rent hereunder shall be abated.

During the time of war or national emergency, and if required by the United States Government, OWNER shall have the right to lease the Airport or any part thereof to the United States Government or allow the United States Government use the Airport or any part thereof, for military use.

During time of war or national emergency, the Town shall have the right to lease the Airport, or the landing area, or any part thereof to the United States Government for military or naval use, and, any license or authority granted under these rules and any lease and agreement executed pursuant hereto shall be subject to such government lease and the provisions of the government lease shall control insofar as they are inconsistent with the said operators’ agreement, lease or authority.

During the time of war or national emergency, City shall have the right to lease the landing area or any part thereof to the United States Government for military or naval use, and, if such lease is executed, the provisions of this instrument insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of the lease to the Government, shall be suspended.

Employer agrees that, in the event of a war or national emergency, Executive will, at his request, be granted a leave of absence for military or governmental service and during said period of leave of absence shall be paid such compensation as may be fixed by, or with the authority of Employer's Board of Directors. During any such leave of absence, Executive shall, except with respect to his rights to the compensation provided in this Agreement and his obligation to perform such active duties of Employer, be deemed, for the purposes of this Agreement, to be continuing in the employment of Employer pursuant to the Agreement.
