Common use of Warehousing Charges Clause in Contracts

Warehousing Charges. Buyer-owned materials or Goods that remain in Seller’s storage facility for more than thirty (30) days may be sent off-site, at Seller’s option and Buyer’s expense. Seller will provide Buyer with name and address of off-site facility when applicable.

Seller will then have the right to dispose of materials (in any commercially reasonable manner) and invoice Buyer for all storage and disposal costs.
