Common use of WARN Payments Clause in Contracts

WARN Payments. The payments to Employee hereunder shall be considered as including any and all payments by the Company that could or in fact become payable in connection with the Employee’s termination of employment pursuant to any applicable legal requirements, including, without limitation, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (the “WARN” Act), California Labor Code sections 1400-1408, or any other similar foreign, federal or state law.
