Common use of Warrant Agency Clause in Contracts

Warrant Agency. As long as any of the Warrants remain outstanding, the Company shall perform the obligations of and be the warrant agency with respect to the Warrants (the "Warrant Agency") at its address set forth in the Credit Agreement or at such other address as the Company shall specify by notice to all Warrantholders.
