Warrant Agent May Deal in Instruments. The Warrant Agent may in its personal or other capacity, buy, sell, lend upon and deal in and hold securities of the Company and generally contract and enter into financial transactions with the Company or otherwise, without being liable to account for any profits made thereby.
Warrant Agent May Deal in Instruments. (1) The Warrant Agent represents to the Corporation that to the best of its knowledge, at the time of execution and delivery of this Indenture hereof, no material conflict exists with respect to the Warrant Agent’s role as Warrant Agent hereunder.
