Warrant Agent May Hold Company Securities. The Warrant Agent, any Countersigning Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Warrant Agent or any Countersigning Agent may buy, sell or deal in any of the Warrants or other securities of the Company or its Affiliates, become pecuniarily interested in transactions in which the Company or its Affiliates may be interested, contract with or lend money to the Company or its Affiliates or otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not the Warrant Agent or the Countersigning Agent, respectively, under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Warrant Agent or any Countersigning Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Company or for any other legal entity.
