Common use of Warrant Exchangeable for Different Denominations Clause in Contracts

Warrant Exchangeable for Different Denominations. This Warrant Agreement is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder at the principal office of the Company for new Warrant Agreements of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to purchase the number of shares which may be purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrant Agreements to represent the right to purchase such number of Warrant Shares as shall be designated by said Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.
