Common use of Warrant Exercise Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Warrant Exercise Solicitation. From time to time, the Company may engage one or more registered broker-dealer(s) to act as the Company’s agent for the solicitation of the exercise of the Warrants. If so engaged, the Company will provide the Warrant Agent with written notice of the engagement and the Warrant Agent agrees that it will reasonably cooperate with such solicitation activities.
