Common use of WARRANT HOLDER NOT DEEMED A SHAREHOLDER Clause in Contracts

WARRANT HOLDER NOT DEEMED A SHAREHOLDER. Except as set forth in the Warrant Certificate, no holder, as such, of any Warrant shall be entitled to vote, receive dividends or distributions on, or be deemed for any purpose the holder of Ordinary Shares or any other securities of the Company which may at any time be issuable on the exercise of the Warrants represented thereby, nor shall anything contained herein or in any Warrant be construed to confer upon the holder of any Warrant, as such, any of the rights of a shareholder of the Company or any right to vote for the election of directors or upon any matter submitted to shareholder at any meeting thereof, or to give or withhold consent to any corporate action, or to receive notice of meetings or other actions affecting shareholders, or to receive dividends or distributions or subscription rights, or otherwise, until the Warrant or Warrants shall have been exercised in accordance with the provisions hereof.
