Warrant Notice. In connection with each sale of Units in the Regulation A Offering, the Company shall issue to each Holder a number of Warrants equal to the number of Units purchased by such Holder in the Regulation A Offering, by delivery of a Warrant Notice to the Holder in the form of Exhibit A hereto, a copy of which shall also be promptly delivered to the Warrant Agent. Each “Warrant Notice” shall include the name and address of the Holder, the number of Warrants issued to such Holder hereunder, and the issue date of such Warrants.
